Transport education in Russia is a unique structure, uniting 19 universities, but overall, this field has never had a unified communication or even a clear definition of "Transportation Education."

The challenge is to develop a comprehensive strategy that includes:

— target audience and competitor analysis;
— brand positioning and mission;
— content strategy;
— marketing communications;
— visual style;
— KPIs and performance evaluation.

The key goal is to unify communications between all transport universities in Russia.

Stages of a comprehensive strategy

Stage 1

Target audience analysis (G2C, G2B, and G2G) and competitor research—technical universities and educational projects. We compared the presence of transport universities on key platforms and analyzed their communication approaches.

Stage 2

Developing several positioning hypotheses that would best suit the target segments and highlight the relevance of "Transport Education."
We proposed three hypotheses.

Stage 3

Content strategy: We developed thematic sections and selected platforms for content distribution, including VKontakte, MAX, Telegram, RUTUBE, Zen, Habr, Odnoklassniki, and others.

Stage 4

A key element was tone of voice and adapting the communication style to the formats. Measurable goals and KPIs were then defined for each audience to track the effectiveness of the communication.
